The Department of Statistics of Rutgers University seeks outstanding applicants for two faculty positions of associate professor rank or higher to start in Fall 2024. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in statistics or related fields.
Responsibilities of these positions include: teaching and supervising both undergraduate and graduate students, and conducting original research in statistics and data science broadly defined. The department particularly welcomes applicants who can contribute to a diverse and inclusive environment through their scholarship , teaching, mentoring, and professional services. Pursuit of external research is expected.
